Preparation Phase
Well, things are starting to settle down and I can start concentrating on my health, so today was a day of preparation. Cut all vegetables and prepared lettuce, prepared fruits for the kids and cooked some bacon and chicken breasts. I have to make things easy for me to prepare so when i get hungry i have some accessible snacks. things i won't be eating for the first 2 months consistently are berries and almonds. I will stick mostly to vegetables and mostly lean meat with some walking and primal movements 2 a week. My goal is to feel better at first and not worry about the amount of pounds. I have tried going primal in the past and have felt very good so I know low carb is the way to go for me. My short term goals are to fit comfortably in the clothes I have now and also to have less back pain and more energy. Mid-range goals are to lose about 60 pounds in order to have my hernia surgery in August/September. Long term goals are to lose about 100lbs. See you soon.
